Equipment: Whistle

Description

  1. Identify a distance (i.e.: 50 m) for students to swim.
  2. Identify how they are to swim or chich stroke to use.
  3. Tell students that they are the engine to make a ship go.
  4. whenever you yell, “Hit the deck,” or blow your whistle everyone needs to swim underwater for a minimum of 5 seconds to avoid enemy fire.
